CRISPY CHICKEN SALAD
If you ever feel guilty about having chicken tenders, don't! Make a salad instead.
- 1 bag SPRING MIX
- 12 fried CHICKEN TENDERS
- 2 TOMATOES in wedges
- 2 CARROTS chopped
- 2 CELERY STALKS chopped
- 1 cup HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING
- 4 tablespoons of chopped SCALLIONS
- Step 1 Get the spring mix in a large mixing bowl, add the chicken tenders, tomatoes, carrots, celery and honey mustard. Mix everything very well and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with scallions.
